Are the MCQs in Workbooks totally different to ABPI’s mock exam questions, or are they just a carbon copy?

Every MCQ in each Toolkit workbook is an original written by me, Dr Marie McKenzie-Mills, based on the ABPI learning materials. If there are any similarities, it’s purely coincidental. (Either that – or great minds think alike, especially after attending a Trainers’ meeting at the ABPI, where we were put through our paces on how to write questions. Besides, I’ve been writing MCQs for more than 20 years.)

Is it possible to order physical copies of MCQ Workbooks or Mind Map Manuals?

Short answer? Nope.

You’re supplied with a digital document i.e. a pdf. When you buy, you receive a link to download your workbook/mind manual a few minutes later. You can then print them out.

Making these resources available via Payhip, a digital marketplace, allows me to provide them at cost effective prices for ABPI exam candidates.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after downloading a workbook or mind map? 

Unless digital goods are faulty, no refunds or returns are possible if they’ve been downloaded. Terms are clearly stated both on our website and HERE on Payhip for our downloaded products.

Because you have instant and full access to digital content,  you’ve waived your rights to cancel during the statutory 14 day cooling off period. This information is clearly stated on our website and HERE on Payhip, and on the purchase page before you buy.

We’ve done our best to provide you with as much information as we can about our products. But, if you’re unsure about anything, or need to ask us something about a product, then please do so before you buy it. We’re unable to retrieve a digital product once it’s been downloaded or accessed.

I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I use a credit card?

Yes.

Click on the bottom of your email from Payhip that contains your download link.

I’ve paid for the flashcards, but the link doesn’t give me access to create an account on Quizlet. How do I set this up?

Here’s what you need to do to join my classes on Quizlet:-

Create your FREE account, then use the link you were sent to join. You should automatically be added to the class. (If not, send me an email access request, and I’ll sort it for you.)

What’s the difference between MCQ Workbooks and Mind Maps?

The MCQ workbooks contain multiple choice questions to practice your exam technique (i.e. answering MCQs against the clock).

They also flag up any areas you need to revise. My mind maps summarise facts from units in the ABPI learning materials into a more digestible format, saving you time, and helping you conquer overwhelm.

Mind mapping organises related facts, enabling you to view and understand relationships between them, which means you memorise them more easily.

Where can I find examples of the type of MCQs in the workbooks you provide?

You can download a preview of my Workbook for units 1 – 4, (click on the top right-hand corner) to receive a 14-page extract.

This will give you an idea of what to expect (i.e. a few details might have changed over the last few years since the preview was made available).

I’m a manager, and have several on my team who need a tutorial. Do you offer group discounts?

Sorry, but no.

Tutorials are affordably priced for individual candidates. So, although a group tutorial can be arranged, it wouldn’t attract a discount.

Bear in mind that there are no associated travel or accommodation costs for either the tutor or exam candidates since tutorials take place online using Facetime, Skype or Zoom. Candidates can also select times to suit their study timetable, or call me to sort something out if they can’t find a slot to suit them.
